BB&T Capital Markets Serves as a Co-Manager on Boston Properties, Inc.’s Senior Note Offering
BB&T Capital Markets’ Real Estate Group completed a transaction for a real estate investment trust in the fourth quarter of 2017, helping to raise $850,000,000 for our client.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes for the repayment of debt, including funding the redemption of the company's 3.700% senior notes due 2018, or other general business purposes, which may include acquisitions, development projects or other investment opportunities.
