Experience
Greg is a Managing Director in the Defense & Government Services Group. Since joining the firm in 1998, Greg has advised on numerous middle-market M&A transactions ranging in value from $10 Million to more than $700 Million and resulting in more than $3.0 Billion in value for his clients. Greg has managed transactions involving companies that specialize in information technology and systems engineering; mission systems, including civil aviation and defense electronics, communications, and software; and technical services, including operations and maintenance, facilities management and construction. His clients have served virtually every agency of the federal government, including intelligence, defense, civilian and law enforcement organizations. Greg has successfully closed transactions with many of the industry’s leading companies, including Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, L-3 Communications, L-1 Identity Solutions, DRS Technologies, SRA International and many more.
Prior to joining BBTCM|WG, Greg was a Strategy Consultant with the management consulting firm Dove Consulting (now Hitachi Consulting), where he provided due diligence advice in support of M&A transactions; was a Business Analyst with American Management Systems (now CGI AMS); and a Marketing Analyst with CyberMark, formerly a Sallie Mae company.
Education
Greg earned an MBA from American University and a BA in History from Loyola University. He also completed coursework on Negotiation Strategies at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and holds NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses.
