Experience
Mr. Nossaman is a Vice President at BBTCM|WG, where he provides advisory services primarily to government information technology, technical services and defense manufacturing firms. Since joining the firm in 2000, Greg has been involved in numerous merger and acquisition transactions and advisory assignments involving both public and private, middle-market and multi-billion dollar companies. This experience includes a wide range of transactions and advisory services, including fairness opinions, private placements, divestitures, buy-side M&A and sell-side M&A. He has advised or sold clients to some of the leading companies and investors in the defense and government services industry, including Anteon (General Dynamics), Arlington Capital, BAE Systems, DRS Technologies, Fluor Corporation, and Nortel Networks.
Education
Greg received a BA from the University of Virginia with a double major in Mathematics and Economics, with a concentration in Financial Economics.
