Experience
Mr. Kaufman is a Senior Vice President at BBTCM|WG. Jason brings to BBTCM|WG a wealth of financial advisory, industry, and private equity investing experience. Over the past nine years, he has completed over 30 mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and private placements aggregating over $1.5 billion of value. His recent transactions include the sale of Dimensions International to Honeywell International, the sale of CAS to EDO Corp., and the sale of Virtual Technology Corp. to Raytheon Co. Jason also has represented middle market acquirers on numerous transactions, including the acquisitions of Infodata Corp. and SPS Federal by McDonald Bradley. Prior to joining BBTCM|WG, Jason was an Associate with Quarterdeck Investment Partners, a boutique investment banking firm. Additionally, Jason was an Associate with ECentury Capital Partners, a $90 million venture capital fund.
Education
Jason received an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a BS from Georgetown University.
