Mr. Clark is a Senior Vice President at BBTCM|WG, where he directs the firms West Coast financial advisory activity for companies in the defense and government services industry. Over the past seven years, he has been involved in numerous transactions, ranging in size from $10 million to over $500 million, resulting in over $1.5 billion of value for his clients. Jon has represented public and private firms specializing in Defense Electronics, Information Technology, Software Development, and Technical Services. Recent representative merger and acquisition transactions include: Karta Technologies, Inc's sale to NCI, PAE's sale to Lockheed Martin, OSEC's sale to QinetiQ, MAYA VIZ's sale to General Dynamics, i2 Ltd.'s sale to ChoicePoint, and DSR's sale to General Dynamics. Prior to joining the firm, Jon held various positions in research, operations, and corporate development with companies in the advanced materials and biotechnology fields.
Education
He received his MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and his BS in Chemistry from the University of Richmond.
