Experience
Mr. Bishop is a Vice President at BBTCM|WG, where he provides financial advisory services primarily to defense technology and government services firms. Over the past six years, Norm has advised on numerous client engagements including both buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, and fairness opinions. His clients have included Fortune 500 corporations, middle market public companies, and privately held businesses. Norm's experience includes advising or selling clients to some of the leading companies and investors in the defense and government services industry, including CACI International, ChoicePoint, ICF Consulting, Jabil Circuit, MTC Technologies, PEC Solutions (now Nortel Government Solutions), Pitney Bowes, Textron, Ultra Electronics plc, The Edgewater Funds, and Viisage (now L-1 Identity Solutions).
Prior to joining BBTCM|WG in 2001, Norm was a Junior Associate in the Global Industries Practice of Mitchell Madison Group, a leading strategic consulting firm. While at Mitchell Madison Group, he advised the senior leadership of Fortune 500 companies and heads of state on business strategy, corporate finance, and capital formation.
Education
Norm received a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government and BA from Georgetown University.
