Andrew H. Yuder
Mr. Yuder joined the Debt Capital Markets Group in 2004 as a Managing Director. Andy has 18 years experience originating, warehousing, structuring, and executing public and private asset-backed securitizations. Previously, Andy was a Director at Nomura Securities International, specializing in the warehousing and securitization of esoteric asset classes including timeshare receivables, equipment leases, business loans, credit card receivables, mortgage loans, sub-prime auto loans, and other asset types. Andy specializes in the placement of these esoteric Term 144A securitizations which have ratings from AAA to B. Prior to Nomura, Andy was a Managing Director at ING Capital Markets, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Prudential Securities also working with esoteric assets.
Andy has a B.A. from Colgate University and an MBA from the Stern School of Business.
