Frank F. Mountcastle, III
Experience
Mr. Mountcastle has been at BB&T Capital Markets since 1997 and co-heads BB&T’s Logistics and Transportation Services Investment Banking effort. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mountcastle spent four years at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. as a Vice President in the Investment Banking Group with a particular emphasis on Transportation Services. During his career, Mr. Mountcastle has completed over 75 M&A advisory and financing transactions in the logistics and transportation services industry. Before returning to graduate school, Mr. Mountcastle spent four years with the First Union Corporation as a commercial lending officer.
Education
Mr. Mountcastle is a graduate of both the University of Virginia and The Darden School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
