Mr. Kasprzak has followed the Building Materials sector at BB&T Capital Markets since he joined the firm in 1997. Recently he added the Specialty Construction & Facilities Services sector. In its “World’s Top Analysts” survey recognizing the top analysts in 2007, Financial Times/StarMine ranked him the #2 earnings estimator in the construction materials industry. Mr. Kasprzak was also named #1 earnings estimator in his industry by Forbes.com/StarMine in its 2007 Analyst Awards survey. He has been named in the 2006, 2005, and 2000 “Best on the Street” report (including #1 in estimate accuracy) by The Wall Street Journal as well as the inaugural Street.com All-Star Analyst Survey. Mr. Kasprzak has also been included in the Reuters Survey of Mid to Smaller Company Investment Research on three separate occasions.
Education
Mr. Kasprzak, who received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, also holds an MBA from the College of William and Mary.
