Experience

Mr. Brabrand is a Senior Vice President in the Commercial & Industrial Investment Banking Group. His responsibilities include managing the firm’s relationships with international investment banking partners. During Mr. Brabrand’s career, he has advised more than 20 clients in mergers and acquisitions transactions. Prior to joining BB&T Capital Markets, Mr. Brabrand was a co-founding partner of Boxwood Partners, LLC, a boutique mergers and acquisitions advisory firm. His previous experience includes nine years with Harris Williams & Co. and Cobblestone Advisors.

Education

Mr. Brabrand received a B.S. in Business Administration, summa cum laude, with a concentration in Finance from the University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business.
