Mr. McCall joined BB&T Capital Markets in 2003 and follows the Commercial Durables sector.
In The Wall Street Journal’s 16th annual “Best on the Street” analyst survey, Mr. McCall ranked #5 in the home construction and furnishings industry for his stock picking abilities in 2007. He placed first in his industry the prior year.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McCall was an associate analyst with Wachovia Securities, where he followed print media/information services as well as enterprise software.
He earned a bachelor of business administration from East Tennessee State University and received his MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University, where he was a Dean's Scholar and recipient of the Thalhimer Family Scholarship. Mr. McCall is also a member of the CFA Institute.
