Robert F. Norfleet III
Experience
Mr. Norfleet joined BB&T Capital Markets in July 2010 and follows the Energy Infrastructure sector. In addition to earning several distinctions from Financial Times/StarMine, he has been recognized twice in The Wall Street Journal’s “Best on the Street” survey—as a top stock picker and for earnings estimate accuracy in his sector.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Norfleet followed industrials and energy as a senior analyst with Diamondback Capital and with Sigma Capital before that. He also followed infrastructure for 11 years as a research analyst with Davenport & Co., LLC.
Education
Mr. Norfleet received a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of the South (Sewanee) and holds an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
