Experience

Mr. Searson represents BB&T in delivering capital markets solutions to various industry sectors, including REITs, Logistics & Transportation, Financial Services, and for-profit Healthcare. His portfolio of clients consists of corporations outside BB&T’s footprint and in-footprint corporate activity with specified industries. 

Mr. Searson has 30 years of corporate banking experience covering diversified industries and has a deep understanding of the idiosyncrasies that impact the individual sub-sector. He has previously worked at other financial institutions including Irving Trust, Nat West USA, and Bank of America.

Mr. Searson graduated from the State University of New York with a Bachelors of Science degree.
