The Public Finance group provides comprehensive capital structure planning and execution for a wide variety of borrowers, including underwriting for tax-exempt and taxable municipal bonds and financial advisory services for governmental and nonprofit entities. We also support corporate clients with tax-exempt industrial revenue and exempt facility bonds for qualifying expenditures, as well as tax-increment and special-assessment financings.
