Lynn Daly is based in Chicago and manages BB&T’s senior living client relationships in the Midwest and nationally. She has more than 24 years of dedicated experience working exclusively with nonprofit organizations on their financing needs. Prior to joining BB&T Capital Markets, Ms. Daly spent seven years at Ziegler, spearheading the Catholic Initiative within the Senior Living Investment Banking practice. She provided various types of financing and advice to Catholic-sponsored ministries including senior living facilities, higher education, K-12 schools, social services organizations, diocese and religious orders. Ms. Daly’s work with Catholic sponsors and their ministries resulted in her recognition by Support Our Aging Religious in the fall of 2014 for "making a national impact on the lives of Women Religious."
Prior to that, Ms. Daly was a senior vice president at Allied Irish Bank (AIB) where she spent eight years working with nonprofit organizations on bond and loan financings. In 2002, she became head of Allied Irish Bank’s Chicago office. During her tenure at AIB, assets with not-for-profit clients in the Chicago office grew from $250 million to more than $1 billion. Prior to AIB, Ms. Daly worked at Rabobank and Sanwa Bank in their healthcare and not-for-profit groups.
Ms. Daly graduated from Kalamazoo College with a bachelor’s degree in economics and received her masters of management with a focus on marketing, finance and health services management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
